These terms and conditions apply to the Trip Planner – Jrney app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Perpetio OÜ (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.
Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application (or any part of it), or misuse of our trademarks, is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to extract the source code, translate the Application, or create derivative versions is not allowed. All associated intellectual property rights remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider aims to ensure the Application is as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for its services at any time, with appropriate notice.
The Application may store and process personal data provided by you. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as this may compromise your device's security and functionality.
The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms & Conditions. Please review their respective policies:
Some features require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile). The Service Provider is not responsible for issues due to lack of connectivity or data limits.
If using the Application outside a Wi-Fi zone, be aware that your mobile provider’s data terms still apply, including potential roaming charges. You are responsible for all such charges. If you’re not the device’s bill payer, you must have their permission to use the Application.
You are responsible for keeping your device charged. If your device runs out of battery and you can’t access the Application, the Service Provider is not liable.
While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application accurate and up to date, they rely on third parties for information. The Service Provider is not liable for any loss resulting from reliance on the Application’s information.
The Service Provider may update the Application over time to remain compatible with OS requirements. You agree to accept updates when available. They may also discontinue the Application without notice. If so:
